Court to hear Kangana Ranaut’s transfer request on October 18

Mumbai: Head of Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) S T Dande has been looking for Judge ‘Say’ Andheri at the transfer petition submitted by actor Kanganana Ranaut.
He sought a transfer of complaints of defamation filed by veteran lyrics Javed Akhtar against him, because he said he had “lost faith ” in court.
The actor has appeared before Judge Andheri at the last trial to make his transfer application.
His lawyer Rizwan Siddique said he lost him Faith since the Judge has “repeatedly” says he will issue a warrant for him for non-performances.
