Kanpur: District Election Officer Vishakh G Aiyar has appointed a court where candidates will submit their nomination for assembly elections will be held at Kanpur on February 20.
Nominations in all ten assembly constituencies will be submitted in the new Collectorate Building and the SDM conscious court and conscious Tehsildar.
The nomination for the Bithoor assembly chair will be subject to conscious HR, candidates who fight from Bilhaur seats in the Tehsildar Court are aware and those who are candidates from the electoral district of Ghatampur in the City Court.
Likewise, Maharajpur candidates will submit their nominations before the officers who returned to the Adm City Court (V).
The nomination process will be held under a strict Covid protocol.
Meanwhile, district selection officers have instructed their printing machines and operators to strictly comply with the election code of ethics and guidelines for the Election Commission.
According to the guidelines, they must publish the name of the printing machine in all candidate banners and poster.
Every violation will attract legal action against them.
Candidates or political parties cannot use print materials that do not have the names of the printing machines mentioned in it.
If it is found to violate the guidelines, legal action will be taken against them, the word release issued by the electoral office.
Sometimes candidates published posters or banners containing anonymous provocative materials.
EC has directed all printing machines to not publish such material, said further release.
