Courts for K’Taka Govt: Don’t let demonstrations, Dharnas

Bengaluru: High Court on Friday directing the government to implement standard operating procedures (SOP) issued on January 4 and request not to allow demonstrations, Dharnas or other political meetings in the country during the word pandemic, as long as SOP applies.
The division bench led by the chairman of the ritu judge Raj Awasthi gave this direction while throwing away several pill pills facing the Mekedatu Congress in Joyatra.
Previously, the senior advocate of Uday Holla, emerged for the State Congress, submitted that the party decided to suspend in Hyatra remembering the Covid situation and observations carried out by the court at the previous trial.

At this point, Holla said other parties were allowed to hold demonstrations and meetings and only the Congress chosen.
