Courts rejected the Sherlyn Chopra model for pre-capture guarantees

Mumbai: Court session on Wednesday rejected the Anticipatory Guarantee Applicant Model and actor Sherlyn Chopra in an unclear case examined by Crime Branch.
Agency, which investigated Raj Kundra for pornographic film production, has called Chopra to record his statement in this case.
Chopra, however, did not join the probe and instead moved the court seeking anticipatory guarantees.
The request sent and debated by Advocate Siddhesh Borkar said that he captured the arrest in this case.
In March, Chopra has filed a complaint on the obscene video published online.
“The principles of natural justice will require applicants to be given a fair and impartial opportunity to appear before the investigation officer without causing prejudice to him and told the case of it or vice versa allows him to work together and help the probe process without fear of arrests, “said Plea Bail.
