Rajkot: A 25-year-old guy was reserved for raping his small cousin about six weeks back and impregnating her.
According to a complaint filed with the survivor’s mum, Aji Dam police allowed that the acused Sanjay (name changed), a resident of Kothariya Road, on Friday night.
According to authorities, the family members of this woman came to learn more about the incident following a health checkup disclosed that she had been five weeks pregnant.
The 17-year-old Course XII student was allegedly blackmailed by her own uncle to concede to his sexual needs around six months back after he threatened to expose her affair with one of his friends.The survivor, only child of a middle class household ,’d met him accused Sanjay’s marriage this past year and got involved within a time period, which Sanjay arrived to understand.
He, however, used the data to his devilish designs and jeopardized with his cousin of showing that the duo’s chat discussions for her parents when she didn’t satisfy his requirements.
Fearing that Sanjay, that functions in a fund firm, would inform her parents regarding Sameer, the screenplay stayed quiet.
Taking advantage of the, Sanjay chose her into various areas near her house and raped her repeatedly, requesting her to not tell anybody about it.
But, her mom began noticing lately that her daughter’s belly had begun to urinate and faced her on it.
The woman stepped down and revealed that her ordeal to her mom who subsequently took her for clinical evaluation in which for their terror discovered that she had been pregnant.
“We’ve registered a lien and will detain the accused shortly.
Since he found the messages in his buddy’s telephone and took pictures of it to sabotage the girl,” said Doctor V J Chavda.
