Cover in the ‘Green Cracker’ shop in Gurugram

Gurugram: A handful of stores that bravely advertise their ‘green’ windows falling window leaves on Monday after the total sales ban and use of crackers was announced by the Haryana government the night before in District 14 NCR.
Traders and manufacturers of crackers said the week’s order had brought an extraordinary initial initial sales for premature cap.
Crackers are made and distributed before the usual window, a manufacturer said, to overtake new restrictions or locking if the Covid case increased again.
Until Saturday, when the government’s order said the window two hours from 8pm-10 nights will be available at night if the air quality parameters allow permission, there is hope for the manufacturer.
And customers.
Crackers manufacturers in Gurugram old said he had sold green crackers until the end of last week.
“Because of the increasing level of pollution and restrictions imposed by the government, green crackers are very popular and I sell it until Saturday night,” he said.
It stops after Sunday orders from the state disaster management authority placing a complete ban on all types of crackers.
“You will not find a place that sells crackers in the city now.
This is a loss for us as well as customers who buy crackers in advance,” another Cracker seller said.
The Gurugram government has not appointed any site or issued a license to traders this year to sell green crackers.
But some have bought stocks, hoping that the license will be given to low emissions crackers.
“There are several shops in Gurugram Old and Pataudi Road who sell crackers before Sunday’s prohibitions announced,” said a trader.
Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg told TOI that the order was issued in accordance with the various directions of the National Green Court and the Supreme Court.
“Maintaining the security of people because of the pollution that appears in this district, there is a total sales ban or use of all types of firecrackers during the festival season diwali and until the new year,” Garg said.
Asked about the sale of green crackers in the city until Saturday, Garg said the police had been directed to maintain a strict surprise throughout the city to ensure no crackers sold or used.
Kuldeep Singh, regional officers from the state pollution control board Haryana, said the department had deployed six teams of each three members to check the market and ensure no firecrackers sold illegally.
“Our team is constantly in communication with the police station, which will help them take legal action against violators to sell crackers without permission.
Green crackers are also not permitted.
If anyone found selling other types of crackers, legal action will be taken,” said Singh .
HSPCB officials say pollutant levels such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and suspended particulates in the air increase every year when crackers explode.
Police Commissioner KK Rao said all shos had been directed to continue to close the watch and take action if anyone found selling crackers or breaking direction in crackers.
