Covid-19: 39% of beneficiaries in 18-45 Age groups are fully vaccinated in the Prasagraj

Prasagraj: About 39 percent of beneficiaries (aged between 18 and 45 years) in Sangam City are now fully vaccinated, while 46 percent of elderly people have also received the dose.
Especially out of a total of 49.22 doses of lakh given so far, more than 31.52 doses of lakh are given to children in the city while the number of doses given to parents is 16.30 lakh.
Data of the Ministry of Health revealed that around 76 percent of the elderly recipients (over 45 years old) have taken the first dose, while the percentage of recipients under 45 years, which took the first dose, was 72.

Until December 14, a total of 49,22,977 doses, including 34.63,049 the first dose and 14,59,928 the second dose was given to all recipients who qualified in the city so far.
Additional District Immunization Officers and Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) Dr.
Teuth Lal told TII, from a total of 49.22 doses of lakh given so far, around 31.52 doses of lakh were given to children aged between 18 and 45 years, which doubled Double of people over 45 years old.
He further added that sincere efforts were being carried out to accelerate the Vax campaign and cover all recipients who qualified with both doses.
