New Delhi: India added 13,091 new Koronavirus infections in the 24-hour range took the total number of Covid-19 countries to 3,44.01.670, while active cases fell to 1,38,556, the lowest in 266 days, according to the UNI Ministry of Health data was updated on Thursday .
The death toll rises to 4,62,189 with 340 fresh deaths, according to the data updated at 8 am.
The daily increase in new Koronavirus infection has been below 20,000 for 34 consecutive days and less than 50,000 new cases every day has been reported for 137 consecutive days now.
The active case consists of 0.40 percent of the total infection, the lowest since March 2020, while the national recovery rate of Covid-19 was recorded at 98.25 percent, the highest since March 2020, the Ministry said.
Decreased 1,127 cases have been recorded in the Covid-19 Kaseload active in the 24-hour range.
