Thiruvananthapuram: The state reported 28,900 cases of recovery and positive 1.55.543 26 701 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The level of test positivity was 17.17%.
Meanwhile, 74 deaths have recently confirmed as caused by Covid, take-related deaths in the country is 21 497.
Among the new cases, 25 481 cases have been infected through local transmission.
Contact source of infection can not be traced to 1046.
There are 78 health professionals among those who are infected, and 96 people have arrived from out of state.
Kozhikode reported the highest number of cases with 3,366, followed by Thrissur (3,214), Ernakulam (2.915), Malappuram (2.568), Palakkad (2,373), Kollam (2,368), Thiruvananthapuram (2,103), Alappuzha (1655)), Kannur (1,356) , Idukki (1,001), Pathanamthitta (947), Wayanad (793) and Kasaragod (380).
So far, 39.37.996 people have been recovered from coronavirus infection in the state, even as 2.47.791 patients are still undergoing treatment for the same.
Percerahan people who wise infected through local contacts – Kozhikode (3,304), Thrissur (3.195), Ernakulam (2.887), Malappuram (2,514), Kollam (2,359), Thiruvananthapuram (1,698), Alappuzha (1620), Kottayam (1,565 ), Kannur (1278), Idukki (987), Pathanamthitta (939), Wayanad (780) and Kasaragod (369).
Percerahan wise district of health workers infected – Kannur (16), Palakkad (12), Wayanad (11), Kollam (8), Kasaragod (7), Kottayam (5), Ernakulam (4), Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Malappuram and Kozhikode (each 3), Idukki (2) and Alappuzha (1).
There are a total of 6.24.301 people are currently being observed in different districts of the country, where 5.91.061 is in their home or institutional quarantine center, and 33 240 in isolation at the hospital.
Population ratio corresponding weekly infection, 296 wards in the different local bodies have WIPR more than 7%.
In this ward, locking strict restrictions have been implemented.
