Covid-19: Average dip 7-day Kerala; Mizoram surge.

New Delhi: For almost two weeks after Covid-19 cases exploded in Kerala as soon as Onam’s celebration, the country showed more signs that the pandemic gradually receded as a daily number remained lower than the same day.
Kerala recorded 25,772 cases on Tuesday, accounting for more than two-thirds (67.5%) of the national count of 38,138, and 189 deaths – more than half of India (363).
However, infection is now declining in Kerala.
Average rolls of seven days of everyday case, indicators of reliable infection trends, consistently falling in the last five days.
Meanwhile, Mizoram saw 1,468 cases on Tuesday, the highest daily number to date.
Cases have surged in a small state for more than two weeks.
