COVID-19 calls on the Goa border, the problem of fresh direction collectors

Panaji: North Goa collector Ajit Roy on Tuesday admitted that the Covid-19 protocol was not followed at Patradevi CheckPost, and issued a new direction that asked the authorities at the Goa-Maharashtra border to maintain a list of buses and passengers.
That step occurred after a passenger who regularly traveled by a bus along the Goa-Pune-Goa route violated the violation of the blatant there.
In a letter to Roy, he said that the bus driver and helper collected money to allow them to get into those who were not fully vaccinated or held a Covid negative certificate.
Passengers, a resident of Tiswadi, met Roy and sent a video footage from his claim, after that Roy’s Directive came out.
“The video is not too clear, but this kind of problem can only happen with passenger vehicles,” said Roy.
“That’s why new instructions have been spent for all used at checkpost to ensure that every passenger traveling in a passenger vehicle checked.” Collector, however, added that “there is a good system and a good setting on the border”.
In the letter, citizens noted, “the action is committed to the detection and (openly) that it seems to be done on a larger scale with many or all bus operators, and carried out in Convance with the police and other government officials posted there” .
He told Tii that he witnessed an illegal activity on two occasions – August 26 and September 10 – in the extensive noon at the Patradevi border, and when it happened the second time, he decided to raise his voice.
“Even the doctors lost their lives in the second wave.
This is negligent and acting breaking the law like this on the border of the snowball and then get out of hand.
In mid-March, the second wave attacked us unexpectedly, but we had not learned the lesson.
The government spent the government Money, time, and resources in treating people, but this preventive measures must be applied, “he said.
He said he was “surprised” to witness weak security and supervision, and requested that this problem be included in the “urgent basis”.
“Non-friendly compliance will only lead to increased cases in the expected third wave, and affect the local population,” he said.
“My and goa also lost many innocent people and good for Covid-19,” he added.
“It was not true and unfair, especially when the government had SOPs in place.
I was part of a local Covid care team, and I also had a covid attack.
I all praise for health care workers caring for people, but here on the border, no The seriousness of this disease, “he said.
Some black sheep must be taken to the task, he said, and asked the collector to ensure those involved in the activity were immediately ordered.
“Is the SOP government not strong enough to ensure the right check on the border? Is there an inadequate workforce? The collector convinced me that he would see this problem,” he told Ti.
