Patna: The country reported five new Covid-19 cases and the death of the native of the 78-year-old Gopalganj on Wednesday.

According to data distributed by the Ministry of Health, 1,60,264 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
Of the five new cases, three came from Patna and two from Darbhanga.
During the same period, nine people were restored from Covid, taking the total number of active cases to 87.
