Patna: The country reported five new Covid-19 cases and the death of the native of the 78-year-old Gopalganj on Wednesday.

According to data distributed by the Ministry of Health, 1,60,264 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
Of the five new cases, three came from Patna and two from Darbhanga.
During the same period, nine people were restored from Covid, taking the total number of active cases to 87.
Meanwhile, given the sudden increase in the number of new cases, Nalanda Medical College and the Hospital (NMCH) once again asked to save 100 places Sleep, which is provided for Covid-19 patients, is ready to overcome emergencies.
“NMCH, a dedicated Covid hospital, has been told to ensure that 100 beds are ready for new patients.
