Covid-19: Cross 44 Crore Vaccine Number After July Disposal

New Delhi: India on Monday completed the administration of more than 44 doses of anti-covid vaccine crore, because the number of shots delivered during last week’s improved after the previous deterioration in July, reported Sushmi Dey.
More than 2.8 doses of Crore were given between July 17-23, up more than 12% from 2.5 doses of Crore in the previous week (July 10-16) and 4% higher than 2.7 doses of crore given for 3- July 9.
The increase in the absorption of Jabs assumes the significance because it will be very important for the government to maintain the tempo when viewing the target of a dose of 50 crore at the end of this month.
In July so far, more than 10.3 crore doses have been given.
Nearly 12 crore doses were given in June, while in May only about 5 doses of crore were given.
Daily vaccination initially fell in July because the inventory of several batch covaxin was disturbed.
