Pune: The Pune Metropolitan area on Thursday recorded more Covid-19 infections (1,158) of recovery (1,084), with new cases that remain above the disposal of patients in the suburbs of Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad.
304 new patients were added in the PMC area as against the recovery of 196 patients.
Within the PCMC limit, 175 new positive cases were added to 173 release.
When it comes to rural areas and Cantonese, 715 patients are repatriated while 679 new infections are added.
With this, the calculation of positive cases in this region increased to 10.83 lakh on Thursday night, while recovery reached 10.55 lakh.
A report released by Bhagwan Pawar District Health Officer stated that 23,842 samples were tested in the region on Thursday.
Testing in rural areas increased to 11,200 in the last 24 hours.
A total of 7,775 tests were carried out within the PMC limit and 4,663 in the PCMC area.
Calculate the patient actively reached 9,327 at PMR on Thursday night.
These included 4,205 patients in house isolation and 5,122 patients were treated in various hospitals.
