New Delhi: The coverage of Covid-19 Cumulative Indian vaccination has exceeded 160.43 crores after more than 70 doses of the lakh vaccine given in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health and family welfare on Friday.
In accordance with government data, 70,49,779 vaccine doses are given in the last 24 hours.
As a result, the total vaccine provided has reached 1,60,43,70,484 according to the temporary report until 7 this morning.
This has been achieved through 1,72,80,628 sessions, the Ministry said.
The ministry also informed that 68,61,926 preventive doses have been given so far.
In the age group 15-18 years, 3,96.06,464 vaccine doses have been given.
Covid India’s vaccination drive finished one year on January 16, 2022.
The drive initially began last year by analyzing health workers, then expanded to frontline workers, followed by people over the age of 60 years and those above 45 years with comorbidity at 1 March last year.
