New Delhi: Aiming to vaccinate all its citizens against Covid-19, India has provided more than 38.50 doses of coronavirus crore vaccine in the onooculation drive so far.
According to the temporary report at 7pm, 34.10.974 vaccine doses were given on Tuesday.
Further government reports added that nearly 12 crore people in the age group 18-44 were given a vaccine dose.
A total of 11,59,50,619 people in 18-44 the age group in 37 states / UT had received their first dose and a total of 40.19,089 had received their second dose.
While 15,49,982 was given their first dose, 1,19,121 people in the age group 18-44 received their second dose.
More than 50 lakh the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine was given to people in the age group 18-44 in eight states – Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.
Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Jharkhand, Kerala, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal have given the first dose of Covid vaccine to more than 10 recipients in the age group 18-44.
