Covid-19: Infection Declines in Vadodara for the Second Day

Vadodara: The number of Covid-19 cases detected in the city of Vadodara and the district a day remains below 2,000 for the second day in a row on Thursday with 1,413 new cases reported.
However, the death toll remained high with four more confirmed by Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC).
During the week, the number of deaths from Covid-19 in the city and district has been established in three or four days.
The highest number of deaths reported in the day during the recent wave remained four as per official note.
The total number of officials recognized officially are now in 661.
1,413 new cases detected from 8,610 tests conducted in the city and district.
The level of participation on Thursday reached 16.41%.
The level also fell significantly because it reached 19.6% on Wednesday when 1,413 cases were detected from 8,610 tests.
The number of active cases in the city and district slipped below 15,000 for the first time after January 22.
13,770 Active cases now include 33 people in serious conditions on the ventilator or bipap machine.
While the number of new and active cases has fallen consistently for some time now, the number of patients who seriously have not seen a significant fall.
