Thane: Twin cities Kalyan and Dombivli in the Thane Maharashtra district see a massive decline in the new Covid-19 case.
On Sundays, cities report 45 new Coronavirus cases, according to the latest data by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC).
Most cases appeared in Kalyan West (27), followed by seven in Dombivli East, six in Dombivli West and two in Kalyan East.
Three people were positively tested in the Manda-Titwala region, while no new cases reported in the Mohane area.
Also, one more death is reported within the KDMC limit.
On the other hand, 71 people recovered from infection on Sunday, taking the total recovery amount to 1,39,983.
At present, 702 patients underwent treatment for Covid-19 in Kalyan and Combined Dombivi.
