Thane: Kalyan and Dombivli twin cities in the Thane Maharashtra district reported 80 new Coronavirus cases on Saturday.
In accordance with official data from Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), one person surrendered to the infection in the last 24 hours.
Of the total Covid-19 cases, the maximum 32 recorded in Dombivli East, followed by 26 in Kalyan West, 15 in Dombivli West and Lima in Kalyan East.
Two people were tested positive in the Mohane area, while there were no new cases reported from the Manda-Titwala zone.
As many as 135 patients have recovered from the virus, with a total recovery amount within the KDMC limit now reaching 1,35,149.
At present, there are 907 active cases in twin cities.
Meanwhile, KDMC informs that all vaccination centers in Kalyan and Dombivli will remain closed on Sundays.
