Thane: Kalyan Twin City and Dombivli in Maharashtra District reported 48 new Covid-19 cases on Friday.
According to the latest data by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), most cases emerged in Kalyan West (17), followed by 15 in West Dombivli, 11 in East Dombivli and three in Kalyan East.
Two new cases were reported in the Mohane region, while there were no new cases that appeared in the Manda-Titwala area.
Also, another death was reported within the KDMC limit.
On the other hand, 51 people recovered from infection on Friday, took the total recovery to 1,40,706.
At present, 530 patients underwent treatment for Covid-19 in Kalyan and combined dombivi.
