PUNE: The lockdown-like-restrictions at Maharashtra due to this coronavirus pandemic are extended by 15 times but a brand new set of recommendations will be issued on June 1, wellness minister Rajesh Tope stated on Friday.
The state cabinet had accepted the decision to expand the curbs on people’s motion and companies — in force because mid-April — at a meeting Thursday.
“In terms of lockdown is worried, 15 times’ expansion was granted, but the instructions associated with it is going to probably be issued June 1,” Tope told colleagues.

“But at the regions in which the problem has improved, specific principles (easing the curbs) could beissued,” he further added.
Asked if stores selling non-essential products will be permitted to start, he explained all these decisions will be taken on June 1.
On Thursday, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had stated the restrictions will last after June 1, and will soon be rested after in a phased way.
