Mumbai: After a two-day gap, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation will continue Covid-19 vaccination on Saturday.
Drive vaccination was canceled on Thursday and Friday due to lack of vaccine doses.
However, when new shares arrived, drive vaccination was continued today.
BMC said that the second dose of the Covishield vaccine will be given to health workers (HCW), Frontline Workers (FLW), people over 18 years, citizens go abroad for work and education, pregnant women on Saturday.
The Civic body has also held drives-in today.
The vaccination center will operate between 9am and 5pm.
While HCW, FLW, people above 18 can get a vaccine at the Covid Vaccine Center (CVC) in Medical College, Peripheral Hospital, State Hospital, Jumbo Center, and other CVC; People who go abroad and pregnant women will be given vaccines only in other CVCs.
