ThiruvananThapuram: Covid-19 review meeting chaired by Pinarayi Vijayan’s head minister on Thursday has decided to include four more districts -kollam, pathanamthitta, kottayam and idukki where there is a tight limit.
At present, only Thiruvananthapuram has been included in the C c.
while Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Wayanad and Kannur Regency have been included in category B, Malappuram and Kozhikode in category A.
Restrictions in accordance with the categories will begin in the District-District This is from Friday.
At present, Kasargod is not included in one of these categories.
In the district of Category C, there are no political, social, cultural and religious functions or other public functions that will be permitted and a maximum of 20 people will be permitted for ceremonies related to death or wedding ceremony.
Swimming pool, film cinema, and a fitness center will also be closed in the district that falls in this category.
The war room, supervised by IAS officers all the time at the functional secretariat for the first two waves of the pandemic, once again started operating.
The war room will monitor covid beds, ICU beds, availability of ventilators, etc., in hospitals in the state.
The minister’s chairman asked the official to take the necessary steps as an increase in the number of Covid-19 affected would have an impact on the hospital too.
