Lucknow: A total of 1,377 senior citizens get themselves fully immunized against Covid-19 after taking the second dose of vaccines on Thursday.
Now, more than 1.6 lakh people in this age group have completed vaccination courses in the city.
In addition, around 1,242 senior citizens appear to take their first dose.
The elderly, the first and second dose recipients, among 22,721 people were vaccinated in 91 booths in all districts on Thursday.
In the age group 18-44, 10,345 and 3,756 each of them took the first and second shot.
Likewise, 2,907 people in the age group 45-59 took the first shot while 2.504 took the second dose.
The rest of the beneficiaries are health workers and front lines.
Chief Medical Officer Dr.
Manoj Agrawal said, “The shock inspection of the booth will be carried out to ensure Covid’s norm compliance.
