Lucknow: More than 10 adult crore at Uttar Pradesh is now fully vaccinated against Covid-19 pandemic.
Data from the Cowin portal released on Friday shows that 10.04 crore people in the state have taken a vaccine dose.
It’s almost 69% of the total estimated population that meets 14.74 crore requirements.
Health officials said the total number of doses managed in the state reached 25.66 crores, including 89.03 lakh teens and 11.49 doses of lakh prevention measures.
Overcoming Reporter, Additional Principal, Health and Welfare Family, Amit Mohan Prasad said 13.84 doses of lakh were given on Friday.
He urged people because of their vaccine doses to get themselves vaccinated in individual and social interests.
Prasad reiterated the importance of adhering to the Covid protocol to keep the vulnerable population safe from the problem.

Meanwhile, 7,907 new cases and 14,993 recovery were recorded in the last 24 hours.
The state now has 65,263 active cases, with Lucknow to be the only district to have more than 10,000 active cases.
Prasad urged people in the vulnerable category to remain safe because the majority of deaths reported in the third wave of Covid-19 were recorded in the people who were compromised by Imuno.
