Pune: The city limit Pune records no death because Covid-19 for the second day in a row on Thursday.
348 people were tested positive for infections in the metropolitan area of Pune in the last 24 hours compared to 371 recovery.
The total deaths for that day also fell to only two in PMR on Thursday, with one victim of each of the Chinchwad’s Pimpri and the rural part.
The area has so far reported 19,061 deaths from Covid-19.
A total of 16,690 samples were tested in the area on Thursday, which included 6,535 tests carried out in the rural part, 5,710 tests were carried out within the PMC limit and 4,395 in the Pimpri Chinchwad area.
The overall test in this area increased exceeding 81 lakh on Thursday.
Tally Tally in the PMC area rose above 35 lakh on Thursday.
More than 25.72 lakh samples have been tested in rural areas and Cantonese so far, while 20.43 tests have been carried out in the Pimbri Chinchwad area, data issued by Health Officers Bhagwan Pawar Regency.
Among the additions on Thursday, the PMC and PCMC areas added 79 and 66 cases, while cases in the rural part fell to 200.
