Covid-19: No detention in Punjab pollop-bound

Chandigarh: Apart from the flood of Covid cases, Punjab does not seem to do enough to load the spread of the virus, if the area count is intended for the detention zone throughout the country.
The state has recorded exponential growth in the case since January 1.
However, for the past seven days, the number of new detention zones identified in affected areas during this period were far lower than the growth of cases.
Identification of the detention zone, which intends to break the transmission cycle, is considered a check size.
Activities in the detention zone include homes to look for cases, testing, contact identification, list, search, and set clear and out points to stop the spread outside the area.
From 1 to 7 January, Daily Caseload has jumped from 332 to 2,901, up 747%.
However, the number of areas is limited as a micro detention zone – has cases between 5 and 14 – up from 12 to 17, where 11 is in Ludhiana and 6 in Jalandhar, has a collective population of 2,378, where detention efforts are being carried out.
In accordance with the information shared by the Ministry of Health in the Media Bulletin, there are no detention zones – regions that have 15 cases or more – in the state, although some districts are the center of deployment.
The surge has pushed the number of active cases within a period of seven days to 9,425 of 1,041, massive growth of more than 805.% during the second wave, when the country faces the same situation with a number of active cases standing at 9,479 on July 17, there are 63 micro detention zones In 15 districts where 12,029 were under supervision while there were 14 detention zones in 11 districts with a population of 29,300.
Eight districts – Ludhiana (9.79%), Amritsar (8.60%), Jalandhar (8.37%), Ropar (7.29%), fatehgarh Sahib (6.48%), Hoshiarpur (5.54% ) and Sangrur (5.13%) – Weekly clock’s weekly peposititivity of more than 5% of the limits of the World Health Organization.
From these districts, the detention zone has been intended in just two.
In addition, Patiala and Pathankot are two other worst districts where there are no areas that are limited as detention zones.
Little like that at the time of election related activities at the peak can prove harm.
