New Delhi: The Indian Central Medicine Authority Panel on Tuesday which was recommended to give permission to the Indian Serum Institute to conduct a 2/3 phase test Covid Vaksin Covovax in children aged 2 to 17 years with certain conditions, official resources said.
The trial will cover 920 children, each of which 460 in the age group 12-17 and 2-11 at 10 sites.
“The subject expert committee in Covid-19 discussed the revised study protocol application provided by SII on Tuesday and gave a license to the company to conduct a 2/3 Covovax phase trial in children aged 2 to 17 years,” said a person source.
