Covid-19: Police Patrol takes place in Kerala remembering the ‘week’s work hours’

Thiruvananthapuram: As the Covid-19 case continued to surge in the state, Kerala police on Sunday morning patrolled the ‘Sunday night hours’ in the entire state.
Police officials were seen checking the temperature of several people who came out on the streets.
A local granting boy said, “The police did check my temperature.
I was fine.
There was no traffic because the night was there.” On January 20, the Kerala government has announced that there will be hours of night on January 23 and January 30 (two consecutive weeks) and only emergency services will be permitted to function on these days this week.
Meanwhile, Kerala reported 45,136 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday, in accordance with the state health bulletin.
