Pune: The number of recovery of Covid-19 jumped past 1,000 to 1,012 in the Pune Metropolitan area (PMR) on Saturday compared to 731 new cases.
The PMC and PCMC areas reported less than 200 new cases on Saturday, while the daily load cases in rural parts fell below 500.
Among the recovery, PMC and PCMC were recorded by 253 and 217, while recovery in rural areas increased for 535.
A report released by Health Officers Bhagwan Pawar stated that as many as 26,138 samples were examined in the region on Saturday.
With this, today’s position counselor at PMR fell to 2.7%.
About 9,200 samples were examined in rural areas, followed by 8,898 in the Pimpri Chichwad area and 7,891 within the PMC limit.
Active kasel in this region fell to 7,527 on Saturday night.
Of these, 4,023 patients were in house isolation and 3,504 underwent treatment in various hospitals.
A total of six patients gave up on the infection in the region on Saturday, took the death toll to 18,843.
