Ahmedabad: With a reduction in the Covid-19 case, the Gujarat High Court on Thursday decided to open the courtroom and continue the physical audience in the lower court and lower court in the entire state of February 21.
Physical hearings have been stopped and all courts turn to virtual.
Hearing mode on January 7, after the Covid case surge was recorded.
The court first functions in online mode after locking in March 2020.
When the High Court ordered all lower trials to switch to online processes, many lower court bar associations request physical performances in a limited way.
The High Court takes into account requests and allows limited physical functions in the Taluka Court, in a block where less than 100 Covid cases are reported.
On Thursday, the High Court allowed 202 Taluka Courts to continue the physical function of February 14.
All lower trials along with the High Court in Sola will continue physical function on February 21.
While ordering to stop hearing on January 7, HC made a few exceptions, allowing the police to produce people accused of being a court for recast.
It also allows the physical appearance of persecutors before the judge to verify if payment in a motorcycle accident case, or cases related to words.
