Covid-19 restored patients with suicide attempts

Rajkot: A 30-year-old Covid-19 patient tried to commit suicide by consuming toxic substances on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the police, Hardik Mehta, a resident of Jalaram Chowk in Rajkot took substances near Ghanteshwar Village.
Passersby shifted him to a civil hospital in Rajkot for treatment.
He realized again on Thursday morning.
The police also found a suicide note from him.
Mehta told the police that he was depressed after his recovery from Covid-19 infection and therefore decided to end his life.
Mehta works as an officer at a private dairy in the city.
