The authorities held a Covid-19 task force meeting on Monday to review the situation in the state.
A member of the task force, Dr.
Shekhar Salkar said to Ani, “After the Covid Task Force Meeting, it has been decided to close the physical session for class 8 and 9 to January 26.
Grade 10 to 12 students must only come for vaccination.

The task force will meet again a few days before January 26, to review the situation and decide on future actions,” he said.
After the increase in the Covid-19 case in the coastal state, the Goa government on Monday imposed hours of night at the state.
The curfew will be at 11pm to 6 in the morning until the order further.

The decision was taken by the Head of State Minister for Pramod Sawant at the Task Force Meeting at Covid-19 on Monday.
