Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 609 new Covid-19 cases and four deaths on Tuesday while the number of active cases reached 8,777.
A total of 647 patients were declared cured to take the total recovery now 6.34,018 while the cumulative case and death rose to 6.46,606 and 3,811.
The case fatality rate is now at 0.58 percent while the recovery rate shows a slight increase to 98.05 percent.
The country currently has 31 active detention zones in Hyderabad while Jagtial and Karimnagar accommodate the most detention zones in Telangana.
The GHMC recorded 81 new cases while neighboring Rangeddy and Medchal-Malkajiri saw 36 new cases of each and bound to record 7 new cases.
