The level of testicitivity test (TPR) has increased to 16.15%.
Meanwhile, 197 recently confirmed deaths as caused by Covid, took the death toll in the country to 19,247.
At the same time, 19,296 patients had recovered from this disease.
Among new cases, 19,954 cases have been infected through local transmission.

Thrissur reported the highest number of cases with 2,873, followed by Malappuram (2,824), Ernakulam (2,527) and cozhikode (2,401).
