Covid-19: The second wave case transverse 2CR, almost 2/3 of the total infection

New Delhi: India has recorded more than 2 cases of Covid-19 Crore in the second wave of pandemic, accounting nearly two-third of all infections reported since the outbreak of the virus in this country.
The Covid case was reported since March 1 – taken as the beginning of the second wave – crossing a sign of 2 crores on Sunday.
Until March 1, in what can be called the first wave, India has recorded a little more than 1.1 cases of crore.
The total Caseload country reached 3.11.43.121 on Sunday night, according to the Covid Toi database.
The second wave case is now 64.3% of all infections detected in this country.
So far, 2.56,931 deaths have been reported in the second wave, 62% of the total covid victims from 414.129.
The case fatality rate in the second wave has so far managed to 1.28%, as opposed to 1.41% in the first wave.
Meanwhile, India reported nearly 2.7 lakh cases in the week ended on Sunday, a 6.5% decrease from the count in the previous week.
The rate of decline was only slightly better than a 5.5% decline recorded last week.
While pandemics continued in the country, the decline rate had slowed in the past two weeks, to coincide with a surge in infection in Kerala and several states in the northeast.
In Maharashtra, cases have fallen at slow speeds over the past five weeks.
After Kerala, Maharashtra continues to post the highest number of new cases.
Death registered a decline of 11.4% this week compared to the last.
India recorded 5,342 fatalities from infection during July 12-18, compared with 6,035 in the previous week.
This is the lowest weekly victim in 14 weeks since April 5-11.
This week, 1,574 death “backlog” was added, 1,481 of them by Madhya Pradesh.
