New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked Baba Ramdev before noting the original statement of his statement about the use of allopathic drugs during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“What is the original thing he said? You haven’t put everything,” the bench headed by the Chairman of the Judge N V Ramana asked the senior advocate to beat Rohatgi, who appeared for the teacher’s yoga.
Rohatgi told the bench, it also consisted of Judge A Bopanna and Hrishikesh Roy, that he would submit the original video along with the transcript.
“Okay,” said the bench and posted this problem to hear in July’s information on the use of allopathic drugs during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Chapter Patna and Raipur from IMA have filed complaints against Ramdev who accused that their statements tend to cause prejudice against the Covid control mechanism and can prevent people from using the right pandemic to pandemics.
In his request, he had searched for the transfer of firs that nested in Patna and Raipur to Delhi.
During hearing was carried out through video conferencing, Rohatgi told the bench that Ramdev was a public figure and supporters of yoga and Ayurveda.
He said that during an event, Ramdev had read the WhatsApp message sent to him.
Ramdev has clarified that he has nothing to doctors or anyone, said Rohatgi, adding that some complaints have been registered in different places.
“Different complaints and fir it has been submitted against it”, he said, adding that this complaint was exchanged in Delhi.
Rohatgi said that last year, when Patanjali brought ‘Koronil’, the Allopathic doctor opposed it.
“He (Ramdev) does not oppose them.
Why should he go to so many places.
Everyone has freedom of speech,” he said.
Yoga Teacher has been ordered under various provisions of the Criminal Code and Disaster Management Law, 2005.
Section 188 (disobedience to be ordered to be properly promulgated by civil servants), 269 (negligent act tends to infection of dangerous diseases) and 504 (intentional insults with intention To provoke the violation of peace) IPC was called on him.
Ramdev, whose alleged statement created a national debate on allopathy versus Ayurveda’s problems, however, has attracted his statement on May 23 after receiving a letter from the Health Minister Harsh Vardhan who has called his statement “inappropriate”.
Ramdev has been searching for clubbing of firs on this problem and their transfer to Delhi and as a temporary assistance, he also urged to stay at an investigation with respect to criminal complaints.
