Covid-19: Wbühs Examination Driven Back

Kolkata: West Bengal Health Sciences University on Thursday pushed back all the maturing tests from Friday due to a surge in Covid situation.
The examination controller at the university was told on Thursday that the standing test was suspended and will be held only after the previous notification of at least two weeks.
The increase in cases has caused a delay or cancellation of many tests.
So far, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BASLP, BPT, BOT, MPHIL in regenerative treatment and translational science, human genetic MSc and MD in homeopathy have been suspended, said an official.
Post-postgraduate counseling students who meet the requirements of the NEET are postponed because of the pandemic and have caused agitation.
In most medical colleges, students have been asked to empty hostels because of a number of students and infected faculties.
Higher Education Authority plans to continue the online class.
