Lucknow: At least 10 new Covid-19 cases are reported in the last 24 hours while the same number of people recovered from infection, in accordance with the information from the State Health Department on Friday.
Health officials said new cases were reported from seven districts including three of Lucknow and two of Gautam Budh Nagar.
They also stated that the 50 districts above have become free of Covid-19 infection with active cases touching zero mark.
Covid-19 bulletin shows that there are 90 active cases in a state of more than half concentrated in Gautam Budh Nagar (20), Lucknow (20) and Prayagraj (10).
Health officials said regardless of the decline in the number of cases, there was a need to comply with prevention protocols as a risk of infection and complications because it includes death still exists.
The official bulletin recorded the death of one person in Gonda, the last 24 hours took the total number of victims of Covid-19 to 22,905.
