Ahmedabad: With six new positive cases and the release of 25 Covid-19 patients, the number of patients active in Ahmedabad on Tuesday was dipped in 127.
The district accounted for 31% of the 411 active case of Gujarat.
After Narmada, Panchmahal on Tuesday became the second district to have zero active cases.
Aravalli District, Mahisagar, Morbi, Patan, and Porbandar have one active case respectively, while 14 other districts have 2 to 9 active cases.
Three cities – Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara – accounted for 48% of everyday cases on Tuesday, while five cities and 22 districts recorded zero cases in 24 hours.
It was the second consecutive day of the death of Positive Covid-19 patients in the state.
