Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 993 new Covid-19 cases and 9 deaths on Monday even when the number of active cases decreased to 13,869.
The total number of cases was at 6.21,606 and the death toll stood at 3,644.
A total of 1,417 patients were declared recovered on Monday, taking the total number of patients recovered to 6.04,093 because the recovery rate rose to 97.18 percent now.
