CHENNAI: Software company Zoho Corp on Tuesday said it has expanded its technology platform to government hospitals, bodies and NGOs from India supplying Covid-19 relief to handle their operations better. Zoho’s dedicated staff could build customised solutions according to demands of the businesses and all these tools will likely be made accessible free of charge for this use, the business said. The business has put up a dedicated helpline and also a staff to help people who wish to utilize Zoho’s system to construct a customised solution. As a part of this initiative, Zoho stated it’d worked with a couple of NGOs in addition to government departments such as Tamil Nadu State Covid War Room to create technology solutions for handling their aid work. The business also urged other tech suppliers to provide their experience in assisting frontline employees. Zoho’s 50+ software in the fields of financing, inventory, CRM, information collection, movie options and others may be utilised in a variety of regions of aid work.
