MySuru: The police have seen their responsibilities change during a pandemic and now in the midst of a Hijab-Safron Row scarf.
In the past two years, when the pulverion is at its peak, the police have a new knock when they multiply as frontline workers and help government institutions such as the Ministry of Health and Income, in addition to defending law and order.
The police facilitated health officials in transporting Covid patients to the hospital.
They helped in getting rid of sightseeing in the early days, identifying positive patients missing and helping to enforce the appropriate behavior of covid among people.
Now, the police have a new job — that ensuring peace near educational institutions.
The inspector said that the follow-up in positive Covid patients was recently and the police were deployed to help the pandemic war room on the health renewal of the patient.
They were called to track or contact a positive Covid individual and there were hundreds of them, the officer said.
“Our seniors have now directed Beatplables to oversee schools and colleges after the hijab.
Visiting the school has become an ordinary thing,” the officer said.
Senior police officers said that during Covid waves, for a long time, all enforcement work was given to the police because other departments did not have adequate staff.
Another reason for doing this is that people immediately hold on to the direction by the police rather than other government employees.
