Covid: BJP suspended public functions for two weeks

Thiruvananthapuram: After experiencing criticism for regulating mass protest programs, saying Covid norms, the BJP state unit has suspended all public programs and protests for two weeks from the state of the state Monday.

However, CPM leaders tried to deflect criticism to regulate the party conference that violated the Covid protocol continuously justifying their actions to bring down several public meetings in connection with the district conference to comply with Covid norms.
Both Congress and BJP have called CPM claims as a paralyzed reason for hundreds of party workers participating in a three-day conference.
