Covid: BMC invites detail of people in bed

Mumbai: To vaccinate people who are lying on the bed, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued a special email that is looking for the details of these people.
BMC said that they worked with the central and state government to accelerate vaccination of residents at all levels.
It has also implemented initiatives such as drive-in vaccination for senior citizens with limited mobility.
However, there are many people lying on the bed.
Looking for their details, BMC said the process of data collection of people lying in bed and wanted to be vaccinated, it has been initiated by the Ministry of Public Health, the state government.
Information such as name, age, address, contact number of people lying in their homes and want to be vaccinated, must be sent to – covidvacc2bedridden@gmail.com, BMC said in the release.
At present, Mumbai City is left with 7,000 Active Covid-19 cases.
