MYSURU: At a first of its type experiment in the nation, Chamarajanagar district government has appointed a single captain for each gram panchayat (GP) to track the Covid-19 scenario from the cities connected into the GP. These captains will operate between 8am and 8pm daily. “It’s our micro-management plan,” explained DC MR Ravi. According to the information, the district also has 130 GPs.
