Ahmedabad: With 31 cases, the country again violates 30-plus obstacles in a positive case of Covid-19 daily after three days.
Active cases reached 208 because the release of patients was recorded in 14.
New positive cases including 5 each of the city of Jamnagar and Vadodara, 4 of Valsad, each from the city of Letters and districts, 2 of each of Ahmedabad and Rajkot, Anand, Junagadh, Kutch Skin, and 1 from Navsari.
The five cases from Jamnagar come from a family of doctors.
The local authorities said that they did not have a travel history.
“After a 72-year-old family complained of fever and tested Covid’s positive, the whole family was tested afterwards.
While four were treated in house isolation, a senior citizen had shifted to the hospital,” said an official.
