Varanasi: Among 6,259 reports, one person was tested positive for Covid-19 in the Varanasi district on Wednesday.
There was no death because the virus was reported in the district in the last 24 hours.
According to a daily medical bulletin, the cumulative number of positive cases increased to 82,365.
So far, 81,564 patients have recovered in this district.
At present, there are 28 active Covid-19 cases in Varanasi.
In the Chandauli district, one person was tested positive for Covid-19 on Wednesday which increased the number of positive cases to 16,196.
So far, 15,838 patients have recovered in the district.
At present, Chandauli has two active Covid-19 cases.
Jaunpur District reported a new Covid-19 case and one recovery on Wednesday which increased the number of positive cases to 22,564 and the number of patients who were cured to 22,324.
At present, Jaunpur has seven active cases of Covid-19.
