New Delhi: The fresh Covid-19 case remains above 20,000 for the third day that runs in Kerala while Maharashtra counts reaches 6,000 for the first time in five days even when everyday case in India continues to decline marginally while staying close to 35,000.
India has seen Covid cases of good everyday, although it hurts painfully in August after a surge in the last week of July.
The average roll of seven days of everyday case, which has increased to 40,832 on August 1, reaching 37,719 on August 11 (Wednesday), the lowest since July 25.
India is likely to record the second day of 40,000-plus new cases.
After logging 41,649 on Wednesday, everyday case on Thursday stands at 39,248, with updates from Manipur, Tripura and Jharkhand still waiting.
Three countries jointly reported more than 850 cases the previous day.
Kerala recorded 21,445 Fre-SH infections, continued to take into account more than 50% of all new cases in this country.
The state reported a 14.73% test of the test, up from 14.49% on Wednesday, indicating that the virus continued to rage in the region.
